I'd move but I cannot find a new home with the same address, I'd have to change the numbers on my mailbox.

Did you sign an agreement requiring you to follow the rules and standards of an association?

I don't know how it works on the East Coast or the Midwest but here on the West Coast, HDs seem to come about when WASPs start to "gentrify" a low price urban neighborhood and wish to drive the low income Blacks and Latinos out to raise property values. Seems to work too.

Lol, no, I'm not dumb enough to put myself in a position where others can control what I do. I own 9 acres of sugarbush and you cannot see us from the road.

Just because you are on their side, don't think you'll get a pass when it's your property they want. It's easy to make stuff up, our gov't does it all the time, the trick is to look for motive. In this case, the homeowner wants control over his own purchase, versus people like you seeking uniformity, using the gov't to enforce your desires. The gov't is not there to serve us or you, they are serving themselves by intimidating us. The powerplay is moving from Washington to your local neighborhoods and judical systems. Fight them.

Wow, a peek into a wingnut mind, scary... "The gobernment's only reason to exist is to mess with people", explains a lot.

Did Evel Knievel show you how to make jumps like that?
Who said anything about uniformity?
