If they would accept that food stamps will exist for as long as the government stands, then we can take the step to say "now, how do we decrease abuse, and save as much money as possible".

But that isn't what they say, and its why its all politics.

Americans support food stamps, and as such they have the right to elect people that do the same.
So typical. The left keeps implementing more and more entitlements that don't work and expects the Republicans to fix them.

Ignorance only breathes ingorance folks! the mentality of this administration has been so very clear from day one. Keep the people dependent on the Government, it is truly the only way they know. They can fool you, but this is their intentions.

The crowd does not represent the majority. Does the ranting and raving of a crowd represent you?

Really? So these social programs have only become available within the last 3 years? Wow

Participation has increased by around 15 million people. That's hardly negligible.

Who said it was? The comment by the previous poster indicating that this administration want folks to be dependent on the government. How? If there are no jobs what are they suppose to do. For the record, according to Romney, there's nothing wrong with the social safety net. Although I do not agree with that statement, but to attempt to make the claim that its the dems and dems alone that continue to funnel money into these social programs is partisan BS.

That ANYONE would support that clown is mind-boggling. If there were only ONE supporter of Jesse Jackson on this planet, I would still laugh and point fingers and taunt that fool into hiding.

That's how much dislike I have for Jesse Jackson and the idiots who support him. Which appear to be many.

I would not expect a intelligent statement coming from Mr. Jackson. Infact anyone associated with this administration, i doubt is intelligent.

Ignorance breathes more ingorance, and with that statement, pal around with Obama, and you get even dumber!
