Your links demonstrate the racial composition of the prison population which is quite distinct from the racial breakdown of which racial group commits the most crimes.
Blacks, for example, are in prison at a disproportionate rate because police enforcement of black communities is higher than it is for white communities. Moreover, legal defense for white people is more accessible than for non-whites. Lastly, judges and juries tend to hand out more jail sentences to non-whites than whites.
blacks and asian have a high crime rate vs whites, so I don't see how it's unfair to sterotype.

Asians? That's a new 1 on me. Black people: that's mostly an American hood rat thing. Blacks from Africa have a real good rep here in the US because they don't get in trouble much.
