IF Obama was born in Kenya, his mother was still an American, obtaining American citizenship for him wouldn't have been a problem. YOUR argument is that they embarked on a massive conspiracy to make him a natural-born citizen. Why?
And don't give us blather about the conspiracy happening later on. Two newspapers had the birth announcement, and when Obama's mother remarried, her second husband Soetoro wrote Obama's birthplace as Honolulu on the school registration form.
The conspiracy you are saying possibly happened would have had to be started around the time of Obama's birth. So, why? Conspiracies have to occur for a reason. Please provide the reason.

no such restriction exists under US law. born a US citizen the only way to lose that citizenship is to personally and officially renounce it ( which the US state dept does not allow 0-10 year olds to do ).
