First Amendment covers "separation of Church and State" right? She was talking about a Religious School Covering contraception for her which is a piece of Separation of Church and State correct or Religious Freedom (the same argument made by the Catholic Church) which this pertains to 100% right? I'm almost hoping that he has a near aneurysm or meltdown on his POS show and calls Obama the N word on the air and maybe that might be the end of him.
However, that wouldn't surprise me if he still stayed on the air, even if he did that.
Rick Santorum graduated from Law School and doesn't understand the 1st nd 14th amendment. What should we call him?
Deflect all you like. The fact is this woman is attending law school, and supports a president using the HHS to force citizens to purchase birth control pills, and then giving them away for free, and if the citizen does not do this he is punished with fines, imprisonment, or both.
What happens if Santorum is president, and decides you need to buy something and give it away for free too?
If we allow 0bama to sit on his high horse and decide, that according to his personally held ideology, birth control is a great thing, and has the HHS department create a new law to force every employer and/or insurance company to give the pill away for free.
Then when Santorum is president, he can order his HHS to do the exact opposite. Because according to Santorum's personally held ideology, birth control is bad for the nation and bad for the culture. He could have his HHS secretary, thru 0bamaCare, demand that no insurance company can subsidize any birth control product or services, and any that do will be punished with fines, imprisonment or both. Because, don't you know, maybe no one should be forced to pay for anyone else's choice to us birth control.
