Or, if they are in a highbrow mood, they refer to it as liberal bias. Whatever the label, you're right ... they will admit no facts that contradict their narrow ideology.

Now you sound ashame to be a Christian If you are a Christian it should never shame you and I don't think you would've made this comment if you were secure with being one.

As for your political views why say anything at all let the kids decide, at the end of the day it's what their parents think not you. Teach history and keep your personal opinions out of it. This is what confuses the kids in the first place, teacher's are trying to be parent and teacher's you were hired to teach history not share your view point.

Excellent. As much pressure schoolteachers are under from politicians and the general public (a job none of them could do themselves), those of your merit should be applauded

I have now come out of the closet, and will admit I'm a Democrat, because of the Republican candidates (not including Ron Paul). I've done this because I don't want them to think that I would have anything to do with these..... well, I'll be nice and call them people. I will now let them know that I will vote Obama. I will let them know that I like Ron Paul and respect his views, and I could be happy with him as president (but he's a bit radical).

The right wing has just gotten insane and I won't allow any of my students to have the mistaken idea that I would support any of them.
you should have stayed in the closet!!!

The truth always seems radical in an age of lies and deceit.

I'm proud of you, but I figured this out when I was 18 and voted for Carter (2nd term). My biggest problem with the Republican Party is they are all about their ideology and not really grounded in reality.

You figured it out sooner than I did. I was 20 before I realized that Republicanism sounds good in theory, but it just isn't practical or rooted in science or reality.

What world do you live in, many people who make under $50,000 are registered Republicans. You need to get out more often away from your computer.
