DH and I went though a phase when he'd pretend to be Mike Mentzer (a world-champion bodybuilder who filled out his posing trunks unbelievably well), and I'd pretend to be whoever DH was wanting to pretend to be boinking that day. So, I was googling around, a few years back, trying to see what I could find out about Mentzer's life and death (I think I was going to pretend I was an Iranian Princess in Beverly Hills, using him as a rent-a-hunk...so I was trying to find out if he had been an escort...authenticity gives things an edge..).

Anyway, I found this online article about the Secret World of Bodybuilding. It's author promised to, the very next week, "blow the lid off...something....something...with revelations about Mike Mentzer's... something...something... Well, I figured the details about this guy would have to be seriously juicy. I mean, with that body and that...um...manly profile, how could his life have been anything but an epic chapter in the Annali dei Peccati e Peccatori?

At this point, I should point out that, while bodybuilders themselves have traditionally made ends meet by 'schmoozing' rich 'friends' (ahem!)....the Powers that Be in the 'sport' have traditionally made their money (when not using gyms as money-laundering vehicles) selling supplements. The stuff is garbage. The markup is phenomenal. The Sugar content is horrific. (The big boys get big by taking all kinds of illegal chemicals. But the 'Body Mags' tell you that their gains are from the supplements.). Fostering the myth that the Legends of Bodybuilding got big "The Natural Way", by following this or that plan, and by taking this or that supplement, is crucial for profitability.

Someone, somewhere, had a proprietary interest in the 'Mentzer Legend'. Maybe he was an inspiration to 90-pound weaklings wolfing-down all that overpriced 'Protein Powder'. Maybe he made dudes crave Posing Trunks. I don't know. But from the dearth of real information about the guy, it was obvious to me that powerful 'interests' were suppressing all sorts of information about him. This 'blow the lid off' guy was the only one promising to tell me what I aching to know.

So, I look for the follow-up, 'blow-the-lid-off' article about Mentzer. Instead, I find a memorial notice that the Author of the first article "died of a heart attack" on such and such a day. That day was a few days after he'd posted his intent to publish the upcoming article.

Just an anecdote. People seem to 'have heart attacks' at the most convenient times...

Oh, and someone in Seattle was telling me about a pioneer of alternative (and apparently successful) Cancer treatments, who, shortly after a raid by 'agents', died in mysteriously convenient circumstances. 'Traditional' Cancer treatment is big business. Real cures would be disastrous for powerful 'interests', who are building gargantuan palaces from the profits wrung from other people's long, expensive, deaths. Try to get between certain 'interests' and their profits, and you, also, may conveniently expire.

It' not Conspiracy. It's Business.
I don't know about justifying murder for profit, that would be another debate, but when the President is implicated, it gets a little more serious.

If anyone killed him intentionally it was probably moderate Republicans who realized jackasses like him have put Obama in the driver's seat in 2012.

When a murder occurs ... they look for suspects that have a motive ... Knowing what Breitbart was about to release that same day, the person with the most motive is Obama. Those videos were not released ... mission accomplished.

Pretty smart. By killing him the day before the video is released, the motive is eliminated.

And the video is still coming out. You think these shadowy assassins wouldn't think of that?
As conspiracy theories go, yours sucks.

The video's were not released on March 1st due to his mysterious death on March 1st. His people say they are still going to release the videos with 10 days. That gives Obama 10 days to kill more people or do what ever it takes to make sure the original videos are not released. We will see what happens.
