So, Yam Netty is demanding a commitment from Obama for military action if the sanctions don't work. I guess it's easy to demand the president of another country to sacrifice the lives of their citizens.
Israel clearly has an itch that they can't scratch and wants the US to scratch it for them. It just so happens that the sanctions currently in place are working. Ahmadinejad has fallen out of favor with the Supreme Leader. Even the Supreme Leader doesn't like him. Ahmadinejad is on his way out.
And if Obama doesn't, what's Netty going to do?? Go it alone??? You go Netti.!!!
I wasn't planning on voting for Obama but if he can tell Nety to in effect bump off, I'll happily pull the lever for him. I just can't take the USA continually grovelling to these people. It's obscene.
When Benjamin Sklaver was killed by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan on October 2, he was just 32 years old, but had already made a remarkable impact on the world. Sklaver, a U.S. Army captain, was a dedicated soldier motivated by a desire to help others, which grew from his commitment to Judaism.
“He was a combatant for peace,” said his friend, Jake Herrle. “He wasn’t a warrior, he was there to spread peace in the world.”
He was also one of the relatively small number of members of the armed forces who identify as Jewish. The scarcity extends to the chaplaincy, where there are very few rabbis to serve Jewish members, leading to an even greater isolation. As a result, as America debates the wisdom and strategy of military engagement in Iraq and Afghanistan, the stories of Jewish soldiers like Benjamin Sklaver are often overlooked.
A presidential candidate is more likely to visit Israel before they visit Wyoming. Romney is on record as saying the first place he'd visit if he wins the presidency is Israel.
Kind of hard to reject that huh? Along with their Socialized Medicine that we pay for!
You also pay for the 'socialised medicine" in Iraq and the rebuilding of Iraq's infrastructure too and we are going to pay for Aghanistan's health and rebuid but guess what.......... Iraq and Afghanistan hate us..... maybe you prefer to help enemies than close allies?
The USA and Israel have always been close allies and will remain so.
President Obama has supported Israel throughout his term in office and Israeli defense minister, Ehud Barak has openly said that President Obama is one of the best Presidents with regard to Israel........... Not sure why some on here insist on saying that there are problems with Obama and Israel?
Barak also said that President Obama has shown Israel that compramise with the Palastinians is the key to getting a succesful two state solution.
President Obama is also on Israels side against Iran and is trying to use sanctions before a all out strike.
If anyone thinks that by trying to stop this first peacefully is wrong should have learned a lesson by our ten years in Iraq that didn't solve anything but cost America in lives and trillions of Dollars.
America needs a close allie in that region and that's why we give Israel money. The USA also gives money to other Countries there........... trillions over the years to Palastine too but that went into Arafat' French bank accounts............ ho hum!
Alot of info there. Be good if you can provide links to support your claims, especially the trillions that went to Palestine.

Yep. Has to get his marching orders for his first year.

You're a fountain of knowledge aren't you. Links please to support your statements.
Israel is a political ally to the US.
The US is a military ally to Israel.

See the difference??
I see so only military force matters..............................
The USA has given $3.5 billion since 1994 for programs in the areas of democracy and governance; education; health and humanitarian assistance; private enterprise; and water resources and infrastructure alone.
You want links....................
