The training session was not invitation only, it was held in a public school and therefore at least partially funded by the taxpayers. So, no, it is not ok for them to ban whites. Why would they want to anyway? I would not be at all surprised to find that the Vulcan Society is largely funded by govt. grants just like the Urban League and other black organizations.
Isn't a bit hypocritical for blacks to cry racism at the drop of a hat when this type of thing goes on all the time?

I agree totally, so when are you going to join the NAACP and fight for social justice???
If an organisation only allows those of Irish nationality and their decedents, it's de facto non black.
So let me get this straight, YOU believe there are no Black Irish?

Because minorities still have not overcome the treatment their ancestors had over 100 years ago.
They may need "extra" help and support for another hundred years for all we know.
Meanwhile the Hispanics and Asians seem to be doing just fine without the extra minority help.
When the Hispanics take over as the majority race in America (4 states down..46 to go) then they will be seen as the "oppressors" of minorities.
