And the reason that they get away with it is that the politics-as-a-religion crowd, both right and left, will support their boy no matter what he does or how truly odious he is, just like you see people weighing in here to support Rush Limbaugh, as long as he panders to their delusional "beliefs" regarding their political "enemies."

What double standard? Many rappers have been called thugs, misogynistic, criminals, violent gangbangers. The difference is that rappers don't cry about it, they either embrace it, respond, or shrug it off. Snoop was called a thug by O'Reilly, did Snoop cry double standard? To imply that rappers get no criticism illustrates how out of touch Limbaugh is.
