For the record, I'd rather listen to Yoko Ono sing than Rush Limbaugh talk. His twists of logic and distortion are so mentally painful to hear......ugh.

I also don't feel that Rush is apologizing sincerely but rather to appease advertisers.

Conservatives have really screwed the pooch on this topic by letting the left portray the govt. mandate with regards to religious institutions into this bogus discussion about whether birth control etc. should be covered.

What should be a discussion about federal intrusion into the private sector is now somehow about "birth control" etc.

Glad to see there is at least some sane people on the right still around
IF Limbaugh was sincere in his apology he would air the entire testimony of Fluke's ...word for word with NO editing....and air it several days in a row ...

But he won't because then he'd have to own up to all the lies he told...and his drooling followers would see it....oh, it wouldn't change them...they hate women too much to change but wouldn't it be hilarious to air the TRUTH on Limbaugh's show...FOR A CHANGE!!!!

Limbaugh, like all Right-Wing media voices, is nothing more than a "relief valve"--and HAS to act like a nut some of the time so he'll lose all legitimacy.

The media is run by the liberals, just like the entire political establishment. Why else do 1/2 the people pay no taxes, but vote on how to spend the money of those of us who are robbed blind by government.

A government that confiscates 1/3 of your income (not counting SS and Medicare)? The Founding Fathers would be sick, like the true Americans are. Our nation hasn't exactly IMPROVED since they started withholding money from our pay before we even get it.

And most people are so dumb they don't even realize they EARNED that money they never got before Washington took it, as well as the 1/2 of Social Security and Medicare taxes they call "the employer's share"--as if you didn't have to earn it also.

Well, obviously neither you nor Imus listened to the show.

I listened to Rush's show the entire week. I listen almost every day. He did what he always does, and that is to poke fun at the left when they deserve it (which is most of the time).

The woman portrayed herself as very active sexually, and whined about how much birth control cost her (I have heard the clips of her press conference with Pelosi's little cadre).

I found nothing at all offensive in anything Rush said. It was in fun, after all.

[MOD CUT/off topic].

Except for the ones who think women only take the Pill when they have sex....lotsa bad grades in biology obvioulsy.

This is not about equality, although the leftwing media wants to make it out as that. It's about religious rights, the Constitution, and a woman that can't take responsibility for her own actions. She chose to go that school, knowing her birth control wouldn't be covered. Now she wants that to change. Kind of like the morons that buy a house under the airport flight path, then petition to have the airport moved.
No, she did NOT go to that school knowing they would break the law and decide not to cover BC.....bad and erroneous analogy...and untrue...

But YOU think women should be restricted from going to law school or any college because if righties have their way health insurance companies won't cover BC anywhere....

And "religious rights"????

Where does it say religions have free rein to break the law?????

Number 7! Advertiser pulls out from backing Rush Limbaugh's show even after the "apology"... for derogatory comments about law student who testifed about health policies for women.

Due to complaints on Twitter and Facebook, ProFlowers pulled ads from the obnoxious show, stating these negative responses affected their marketing strategy.

Other six: Quicken Loans, Sleep Train, Sleep Number, Citrix Systems, Carbonite and Legal Zoom.

Complaints to the advertisers!
Info and list of some advertisers on topplebush.com as well as addresses to THANK THE ABOVE COMPANIES!

He'll either fold or bounce back.

As much as I dislike the guy, I vote the latter.

C'mon. Do any of you believe that ANY apology from any celebrity regardless of political affiliation is sincere?

We all know what they are sorry for; and that's being caught doing something. They aren't sorry for doing it.

Imus paid a big price for his inappropriate language.

It remains to be seen if Limbaugh will or not.
