The 9th Circuit should be dissolved what are they basing their decisions on when even the high court's liberal judges go against them?

Quote:
The justices on Monday turned away the appeal from Kenneth Clair, who was sentenced to death in California in 1987 for burglary and murder.
Clair wanted to change his federal public defender in 2005 because he says they were trying to stop his execution instead of trying to prove his innocence. A federal judge denied his request but the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned that decision.
The justices ruled unanimously that the appeals court's decision was incorrect
Justice Elena Kagan wrote that Clair's request came just as a judge was about to make a final ruling so any change would have been too late.

Wait, ALL of SCOTUS is liberal...since when? Oh, since you don't agree with their decision?

The OP never said the entire SCOTUS was liberal. The court was unanimous and the liberal justices; Kagan, Sotomayor, Breyer, Ginsburg elected to overturn the liberal 9th Circuit's ruling.

Nope, no way, uh uh. Not me.

Read it again. I am simply pointing out that the entire SCOTUS voted to overturn, entire means entire, not just liberal.

Doesn't sound random to me.

Yeah, so what is the problem. Read my post again and you will see that I stated the court was unanimous in its decsion. The OP was taken out of context and made to seem like the EdwardA had said the entire SCOTUS was liberal. I simply restated his point - that the 9th Circuit had problems when even the liberal justices on the SCOTUS would join a unanimous decison to overturn the court. See - I don't think we disagree.

I don't have a lot of faith in the 9th circuit. Their track record is abysmmal.
