Unless you have proof that Hawaii has lied, which no one does, then the Full Faith and Credit Clause requires the rest of the country to accept Hawaii's word that President Obama was born there. And as long as Hawaii asserts that, then the birth certificate is actually a non-issue. All the birth certificate is is a document that says that a state will confirm that you were born in that state at a certain place and time. Hawaii's designated officials have confirmed this information several times, so the birth certificate itself isn't needed.
Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

Now that's a tall order considering that the birth certificate has been authenticated and certified by both Republican and Democrat appointed custodians of record.
But yet, Hawaii has been debunked by a valid law enforcement agency.
