Here's the main problem...Republican candidates have no plans to help the country and so they have to manufacture crap to excite the base to distract them from that fact.
They know what needs to be done, it's just that they cannot say what would work, because that would echo what Obama is saying.

Republicans have not and did not propose any changes with birth control pills, IUD, condoms etc... that was something the dems created because their guy has to run on a bad economy, massive unemployment, high gas prices etc...

So to you the phrase 'access to birth control' is the same as 'free birth control.'
