to date 460 million in fed money poured down a rat hole. btw
katrina drives here were busted, a bunch of stuff and money went into peoples pockets right here and never made it to new orleans.

I am still waiting for the Obama apologists to make excuses and tell us all how its was money well spent. I mean what a bargain.

Nothing tired about it.

The poster said that we do things that fail "again and again and again"....

But should we do nothing just because doing something might fail? That hardly seems reasonable. Even if the plan had created as many jobs as touted, the OP would've still been against it.

So why not just say that and stop beating around the bush.
