Besides, what kind of life does one live when they CONSTANTLY think about politics all the time? So much so, that they drop a channel from their cable subscription over it?

I think my favorite part of this thread is the "after a few days of deliberation" part -- just how many days does one have to mull over the very important decision to change one's cable package?
From the day they learned about "Game Change" until a wingnut talking head told them to cancel HBO in protest. DUH. Mindless sheep these wingnuts, they need Rush or Beck to tell them who to call and how to act.

If by cancelling HBO you are thinking your contributions to HBO are going to make a difference you arent just in some way sticking it to whatever monies HBO is giving to OBAMA you are doing a disservice to all the conservatives who work for HBO and Mahres show..
