Keep the number the same. Increase the term to 3 or 4 yrs and have a 2 term limit.

well ;I would say that adding to congress will only mean more congressman that have to seek more money to get reelected. That means more of the GDP spent on elections.Besides its easy to come toa compromise when less people are involved;we already have a probelm there especially since Obama has devided the nation into more extreme positions.

The term limit would limit power, which is good, but less frequent elections would mean that they can pull even more shennigans without worrying about the public remembering what they did in the first two years of office.

It would also keep them from spending 1/2 of their term working on getting reelected

It's not about government running our lives it's about the people we elect to represent us actually representing us. There has to be some government correct? Why not make it one that actually represents people?
