I fully expect partisan establishment Republicans to do exactly that, which is why they so vehemently oppose the Tea Party.

At this rate and Obama winning re-election, it's looking like large outbreaks of violence could occur or possibly the next attack on america is going to be from the lunatics on the right

"These groups are becoming more and more aware as they watch the primary season unfold that Obama is fairly likely to win and some of them are having meltdowns over this,” Southern Poverty Law Center senior fellow Mark Potok told Raw Story. “They’re looking at four more years under a very hated black president — hated by them. So, we’re seeing signs of real anger over that. People saying we’re at war already, saying go out and buy AK-47s and hollow-point bullets, get tools to derail trains.”

“I think if Obama is re-elected, this is very likely to get worse before it gets better,” he said. “We’re already seeing signs of anger in groups that are coming to believe that Obama will probably win the election so they’re going a bit crazy out there.”

Study: Hate of Obama fuels 755% growth in extremist groups | The Raw Story
Why does the left use the word "hate" so often?

They think because others don't agree with a persons action, they automatically claim it is "hate", not just a difference of opinion.

The left doesn't accept different opinions.

They do not count OWS as a hate group.

The group that advocates overthowing the government, has over 1,000 arrests, and has caused almost 100 million dollars in property damage is not a hate group.

However, the Tea Party that sits in lawn chairs and waves American flags needs to be scrutinized for their hatred and violent tendencies.

It gets to the point where it is beyond ridiculous propaganda and goes into actual dangerous territory, where legitimate threats are ignored in the interests of being politically correct and at the same time resources are squandered on monitoring ordinary citizens just because they don't support Democrats.

I say about 75% of the "tea party" will be the ones sitting on their couch watching Fox News while sucking on their thumbs. Most "tea party" types are your normal neo-con Republican voter that think "anybody but Obama" and will go back to sleep if any Republican wins the presidency

The Tea Party formed while Bush was still President.
Taxed Enough Already. It was both sides (Dems/Repubs) who were against TARP.

I'm not from the "left," but the reason so many people describe the extremists by using the word "hate" is because that's what it is. Hate. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck. Well, you know the rest. Quack, Quack!

I know the tea parties started with Ron Paul, and now about 3/4 of the so-called tea partiers are people who get their news from Rush, Hannity, and Fox News. It's not a Ron Paul platform anymore, and most of these people will quiet and simmer down even if Romney became president because their "team" won

That's the thing, they are so hyped up on the right wing propaganda machine that when Obama wins, all hell could truly break loose from these nutjobs
