you do realize that the so called "pink slime" has been used in hamburger meat for more than 20 years right? and considering some of the other things people ingest daily, this is not the worst think you can eat.

No, unfortunately the Chicken Little crowd does NOT realize that. And if they did, they wouldn't care. They're always on their lookout for the next "THE SKY IS FALLING!!!!" topic to panic over.

If they put every chemical that is used on their label, you would be carrying out a book the size of a dictionary with every purchase you make. If they complied with your desires, you would triple the consumer's cost of the product at least. Is it really necessary for them to include a Calcium Carbonate solution used to remove poultry feathers on your package of boneless, skinless, chicken breast?

Look what is has come down to: Its not the worst thing people are probably eating. All I know is I see a lot of fat and sickly people. They have had to reclassify disease from "adult onset" to Type 2 because of the sugar addled and drugged out new generation of viewers. A new additive will be calcium supplements from knee replacemen surgery from griding bone to bone because the maw is deep, deep into the feed bag and can't seem to find what it is looking for.... And that truck went over the weight limit and is now a part of the course in scuba diving school.

Actually, yes.
But, since I raise my own poultry, produce, etc.......its not a problem for me.
Enjoy that chicken, sweetpea.

All you have to do is read the labels. It's there.

On the other hand, you DO need to be a touch open-minded, and be willing to think that there might NOT be some massive corporate conspiracy to kill off all the people who are buying said corporation's products.

My chickens love scratching in the compost heap.....which is goat poo and straw out of the barn.
Makes for some mighty good compost for the garden and orchard.

Having been in the corporate world, I know that they will get away with what they are allowed to get away with.
