"A former gay porn actor and director who was fired for violating the Miami-Dade School Board's code of ethics has reportedly been cleared to pursue his teaching certificate again."
"Shawn Loftis, 36, spent six years in gay pornography and owned his own company, World of Men, until he quit the industry in 2010. He then got a job as a substitute teacher at Nautilus Middle School in Miami Beach, but was later... fired for violating the Miami-Dade School Board's code of ethics and for gross immorality, NBCMiami.com reports."

Your Teacher's UNION at work again. Screwing kids one way or another and donating billion to Democrat campaigns everywhere.

Just to be clear, a guy was fired under what seems like false pretenses, they let him actually go after a job he wants and you are upset?

What does his former job have to do with his ability to teach?

I'm sure he'd be perfect for Sex Ed classes and would make sure LGBT issues didn't get left out of the curriculum.

As long as he's qualified to teach, what's the issue here?

It doesn't and just look at who the source is It's just more gay bashing from the far right.

Homeschooling is growing nationwide, OP. Even in the UK too, more parents are pulling their kids out of school. The myths of homeschooling are coming apart at the seams, since the people who berate homeschooling almost always turn out to be unionized public school teachers and their liberal lemmings.

Have to agree this guy shouldn't be teaching. The article didn't mention teacher's union. Only the Florida Department of Education, which like everything else in Florida is controlled by Republicans...
