Obama under fire for being 'proud generally' of troops | Washington Examiner

Omg, does his anti-Americanism have no bounds!?

Obama: I'm 'Proud Generally' Of Our Troops - YouTube

"Obviously, what happened this weeked was absolutely tragic and heartbreaking. But... you can't help but be proud, generally."

The nerve!

ETA: I'm being sarcastic.

Should he have said he was proud of all the troops?
Even the ones who commit suicide or kill women and children?

If he did, you would complain that he has no moral standards.

y a w n...

He is being honest and precise... something y'all are incapable of recognizing (much less, practicing).

Yeah, I heard Hannity talk about that yesterday. He and his guest seemed to be 'reaching' to make Obama's speech (which at least they played in whole; I see you.....edited) appear to be a slight against the military.

However, I guess Hannity knew that the sheeple would spread the word that Obama hates the military, etc.

Generally - related to generals.

Proud generally - being proud of generals.

Mention of one soldier doing wrong - a slam on the military.

Conclusion - Obama is proud of non-military generals, meaning himself.

This thread - bringing attention to anti-Obama silliness by way of sarcasm.

Vic: I have trouble detecting sarcasm unless someone spells it out.

Oh. I sometimes have trouble detecting sarcasm even when it is clearly spelled out.

And has arrows pointing to 'sarcasm'.

With blinking lights.

Sorry.

Considering the quality of posts around here, it is impossible to figure out what qualifies as a sarcasm.

nuff' said.

How can you be proud of idiots peeing on a dead man and then being retarded enough to film it?How can you be proud of the things the personel at Abu Ghraib did?Are you proud of the idiot that just slaughtered the innocent civilians in the night?

You can respect the ones doing their job as expected, but to say anything otherwise shows complete ignorance and blind following...you know, typical RWNJ MO.
