You could call it that, or you could say Obama is trying to help the country and it's citizens in whatever way he can. The president is not responsible for the price of gasoline and oil.

He likes to act like he can't do anything about it, then he wants to release strategic reserves to do something about it. If increasing supply has a positive impact, why does he deny that increasing supply through increased domestic production will have a positive impact.

He's floundering big time.

Except that the Reserve Fund that is used to re-purchase oil to top off the SPR is underfunded. Which means the United States of America will have to borrow more money to replenish the oil.

Robbing Peter to Pay Paul is all this government knows to do. Do you disagree?

Is that what you call helping the country and its citizens?

Well, there is little else one can do to help the drunkards.

Exactly. What you've pointed out here goes completely over Liberals' heads. There's no excuse for their ignorance.

But if it were some other commidy that means suvival then it would be that that goes hand and hand. Nothing new reallyMy guess is when food comes into short supply and price goes up some will suggest we get off it. I hate to guess what the alternative is.

Looks like political grandstanding during an election year. Why not do away with the spring and summer regulations that jack up the price of gas?

And yet they're doing nothing about the oil speculation going on on Wall Street. How bought do you have to be leave alone the cause of your troubles, even if it means not getting re-elected.
