No, ONLY because the fact that people needing a license to drive certainly has not limited the number of dangerous idiots on the road, so what would make anyone think it would work here?

ho by all means yes. we can all conform our lives because of criminals.a license.it's called freedom of speech. more bureaucracy. another fee to pay.more in fringements on our live's.if you need a babby sitter hire one and leave us adault's to our owen.
