Not building a mosque in a particular location is the same problem Burger King and McDonalds would have at any given location they deemed desirable and the locals had an issue.
Just in NYC alone, not NY state....
christians 6,000 places of worship, 4,000 of which are temporary
jews 1000 places of worship, 30% temporary
muslims 100 mosques located in NYC plus an unknown number of smaller mosques/apartments, etc
Jews are the victims of far more hate crimes than muslims, not even close!

Nobody was denied contraception. I don't want to buy you a car, but that doesn't mean you're denied from owning one.
They are allowed to build the mosque and people are allowed to not like it.
so Christians are allowed to break labor laws based on religion.

I guess freedom of religion only applies to christian in our new theocracy..
christians is not the religion of those that flew jets into the twin towers, muslims are. I would deny them that chance to build as well.
