I'd definitely encourage people to broaden their sources of news but how anyone can be fooled by Russia Today is beyond me. RT is much more anti-U.S. than anti-U.S. government.

Let's play role reversal. A news service created, funded, and controlled by the U.S. government who, for each broadcast, admonishes all aspects of Russia, ignores domestic issues almost completely, and stages and airs photo ops for the president? Unbiased is not a word I'd use to describe it.

There is no such thing as unbiased news or anything else humans are involved in. Nothing wrong with researching these organizations. I recommend it. This country has way more corruption than is being addressed so I would worry less about other country's so called "corruption" and focus on the US. Transnational Corps and Banks are a much bigger issue.

I just saw a stupid story on the Obama's dog. These stories are everywhere here. Some people may like it. I could care less.
Your so called news somehow doesn't discuss the actual finances of the country. In fact, your reps really don't either. Why is that? Go try to find a rep talking about CAFRS and not budgets.

This is one of the few if not only one I have seen.

There is much in the US to criticize and try to improve. Agreed. Just please let's not make the mistake of thinking RT has anything of value to say about America. It doesn't.

As I said I disagree. Much on RT I couldn't stomach, but this is true of just about all media.

It's a personal choice.

You're entitled to your opinion. I thought the posted clips of Putin were hilarious. RT is good for entertainment value at least.

I prefer the internet because it gives you the right to choose better. TV can be highly invasive. Not nearly broad enough and you pretty much got on or off. You also get to vet sources and intents better. So I watch little TV.
