They aren't calling him latino or mexican or whatever else he could be because it's an election year. Hispanics and minorities will choose our President come November.

Well there you go!!! Let the court and a jury decide based on facts. The prosecution bears the burden of proof that Zimmerman is guilty, and Zimmerman will bear the burden of proving his innocence if the right prosecutor is assigned to the case. Because Zimmerman said it happened one way doesn't make it fact. There is a dead boy that can't speak for himself and the prosecution will have to do their best to either prove or disprove Zimmerman's version.
Of course Zimmerman will be asked questions to support his claims. And I think he would be asked how and what weapon did Zimmerman use to attack him.
But as of now, Zimmerman can't be found. An innocent man has gone into hiding and even the police don't know where he is.
Indeed - someone should tell the mobs that, but at this point it would seem only a guilty verdict would please them, so it is not justice they are after.
I thought it was great. To me, it demonstrates a huge difference between Obama and Romney which is that Obama at least can appear to be in touch with the average American while Romney has difficulty doing this.
Mitt Romney would have said "My sons would not be walking the streets wearing a "hoodie". They would have been following Zimmerman!".
My biggest problem is the clear bias here... people aren't arguing principle, they are arguing emotion.
They are arguing the facts! Unlike you who are arguing meaningless hypotheticals. What if he was going to rob someone kill someone or whatever such nonsense you can come up with in your head.
the kid used "stand your ground" he was within his rights...
Quote me the entire statute, I posted it earlier... People seem to be overlooking the fact that it applies only when you are on your own property (or some equivalent - such as an over night guest). So neither Zimmerman or the kid could use that law to their defense.
