Just looked it up - there were 240 units. So 8 burglaries and 9 thefts over the course of a year in a complex that size. I really don't think that is above average.

I've long ago distanced myself from an African-American identification and embraced a Ghanaian American identity. I want to be associated with achievers not losers who live in the wealthiest country on the planet but whine about everything.

Many Black Americans tend to be very emoitonal and not good at analytics. I do financial analysis for a living so I'm conditioned to anaylze before leaping to conclusions. Most Black Americans don't have these skills hence the need for many of them to denounce reasoning skill based tests as "racist". This is also why there are few Black American finance or STEM professionals.
This is exactly why IQ tests are deemed racist also.

There it is-- I guess according to the stand your ground law any black feeling in any way slightly threatened by anyone in this gated community is equally entitled to open fire with impunity. So they want the law only when it applies to themselves and not to others? How about a black militia with a Zimmerman mindset start patrolling the streets of Sanford full time?
I think we’ve established that it is perfectly legal in Florida, to follow people, claim they are acting suspiciously and then execute them.
I’m sure many people in Florida feel threatened by Block Watch boy, so there are many people trying to hunt him down so they can kill him in self defense.
