Yes, it's about racism. Plain and simple. It sticks in the craw of many of the extremists who inhabit this forum site that a black man is the President, and that a black family lives in the White House ... instead of opening it's doors for others, cleaning the bathrooms, and washing the dishes. The standards they apply to former and white Presidents is so very different. That's my observation.

There were and still are many black people I would be happy to vote for even against a white Democrat but none can get nominated as long as the establishment runs things. However, I agree with you about Oprah Winfrey since she worked so hard for Obama.

The letter after his name has a lot to do with it. People's viewpoints also change from time to time and in a free country this is allowed. I'm sick and tired of Obama being given a free pass for his epic failures through accusations of racism toward anyone who disagrees or calls him out when he should be called out.
How is Obama responsible for any of this, BUSH was president. Maybe it is the fact that you point the finger at Obama without know if he did anything that makes others question if you are a racist.
As for firing any of the lawyers, would it be wise to wait on the report??? From the article about the finding in the report:

and the OP's premise, that attacking Stevens was a way to push Obamacare through a "bogus trial" is hence null and void.
If you disagree with one president 100% of the time, including things that you approved of when another president was in office who happened to have a different skin colour did, what else would you call it?
