Bulk buying ammunition is always cheaper than spot buying it.

Much ado about nothing.

Snuffed out?

Man pleads guilty to Arpaio death threats - KTAR.com
"Adam Eugene Cox, 33, pleaded guilty Tuesday to threatening to kill Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his family. Cox was originally arrested on January 27 as the main suspect in an Arpaio death threat investigation that began on the Internet. Cox's threats read, in part: "I plan to kill Arpaio first. He will be filled with a thousand bullet holes before the year is out. I promise you this. He won't f**k with Obama. He will be buried 10 feet under and his whole family will be murdered along with him."

More "snuffed out" news on Arpaio threat guy here. Must be strange to need to suspend reality so you can ask "why why news of this has been snuffed out"

Reality isn't exactly that posters strong suit. They have a long history of claiming things aren't being covered by the MSM when a simple google search reveals it's all over the MSM....days earlier.

Let's see...

DHS awards a five year a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract to ATK for .40 caliber ammunition.

An IDIQ contract is one whereby:
"The Government places delivery orders (for supplies) or task orders (for services) against a basic contract for individual requirements. Minimum and maximum quantity limits are specified in the basic contract as either number of units (for supplies) or as dollar values (for services). The Government uses an IDIQ contract when it cannot predetermine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that the Government will require during the contract period.
In short DHS didn't order 450 million rounds. That figure is the maximum number of rounds that can be bought during the life of the contract.
This contract features a base of 12 months, includes four option years, and will have a maximum volume of 450 million rounds.

If they practice alot then maybe they can kill us with a single bullet and save some money and wouldn't need "indefinite" bullets ordered.

Just saying....practice makes perfect..right ?
