so your contention is that they were able to get their hands on a pre-1970 stamp but had to use the date pulled from a 2008 stamp? why? replacement pica date stamps are available online. not to mention since this came directly from the selective service why not just insert the date digitally if they are a part of this alleged fraud?

Maybe the new pica numbers are a new font? I don't know.
But if they were able to see the original, then that would clear it up.
