Don't you obama supporters ever get embarrassed by his behavior?
What hole? Are you even paying attention to this issue?

Who do you think issued and approved the permits?

March 20th, 2012 "On Thursday, the president will reiterate his administration's commitment to expediting the construction of a pipeline from Cushing, Oklahoma, to the Gulf of Mexico, relieving a bottleneck of oil and bringing domestic resources to market," a White House official said.
Good. The State Department indicated there was opportunity to move forward back in January.

January 18, 2012 The Obama administration rejected a bid to expand the controversial Keystone oil sands pipeline Wednesday, saying the deadline imposed by Congress did not leave sufficient time to conduct the necessary review.

"The rushed and arbitrary deadline insisted on by Congressional Republicans prevented a full assessment of the pipeline's impact, especially the health and safety of the American people, as well as our environment," Obama said in a statement.

The pipeline may not be dead though. The State Department, which was tasked with issuing the permit, said the denial does not "preclude any subsequent applications."

No matter what the man does, it's wrong to that crowd even when it's right.
After being hammered by the GOP/candidates for months on the issue, he will now pretend that he's doing something, anything.

He obviously came to the conclusion his opposition and obstruction of this project was hurting him politically...that's all that really matters on this issue.

What really matters is making sure everyone is aware of how many Republican's have been hurt by the President's due diligence on this issue.

Hilarious!

I think you have that backwards. It is obama who has been hurt politically, it was obama who nixed the deal LAST YEAR, saying it could wait til AFTER the 2012 election.

A small portion of it is moving forward. And the "delay" was by Obama.

Yep, he did delay it in order to take time to review all the issues. Apparently that has now been done and it is moving forward.
