Why don't you come out and say what you really want to say, that black people have an obligation to vote for the black guy in 2012 because... well because he's "black".

Actually I got from X that he was calling them a chump if they voted for a party that didn't come through for them.
Democrats used to be the ones that hosed their grandparents out of schools with fire hoses. They got the vote anyway by buying them. They gave social programs (welfare) in exchange for their future and soul IMO.
They had a tape of Johnson saying once you give them Welfare you have their vote for the next 50 years (or something similar to that).
How else did we go from 80% two parent black families to what it is today?
The social programs had a similar effect on everyone else as well.
I think Malcolm X was an important political voice in America, but I don't think this speech is particularly insightful. He was speaking at a time when the Democratic Party was in transition. You know what a Dixiecrat is called today? Yep, you guessed it, a Republican.

Blacks had 80% two parent homes and were Republican before the Great Society from Democrats gave them welfare. Now we have Baby mamas, many on drugs, in prison and still voting Democrat.

The bolded statement is an out and out lie -- one that was probably told to you (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're not orginating this lie yourself.) Johnson said if you pass the Civil Rights Amendment you will lose the South for a generation. He was right. Guess which party all southern states now vote for?
Democrats had an uncomfortable relationship with the Dixiecrats until FDR finally starting bucking them. We wized up and realized they are way more of a liability than a benefit. Now, the GOP is learning the same lesson.

I love how you talk about "blacks" as if they are any different than other Americans. White Americans had stronger nuclear families before welfare too -- now, after whites are getting welfare, they too have a much larger percentage of single parent families. (By the way, divorce rates and welfare have little to do with each other... I'm just pointing out your racism.) Your statements just reek of racist garbage... and the sad thing is that you don't even know it. Welfare was not for "blacks". It was for Americans.
