It really doesn't matter if the Sacketts original issue was with the federal government under Bush. The current administration is just as vested as the Bush administration was in upholding the authority of the EPA.

Lower courts can't overrule the Supreme Court. Nope, they are the final word and lower court justices, no matter who appointed them just don't overrule them. Read the still in tact Constitution.

What difference does that make.. the EPA will have gas prices higher and higher.. do you own a golf cart and have solar panels on your house yet?
