A little stacked deck there? Most athletes are probably on the right.

Yet there are entire books devoted to trashing liberal celebrities of other types.

As a woman, I wish there were more guys out there like Tebow who admit that they are saving themselves for marriage. Maybe dating wouldn't be so hard?? This tells me that he respects a woman and wants to make a commitment to her. I find that very sweet. So many men (and women too), just have sex without a care in the world, get pregnant or get someone pregnant, then they have a kid left without parents. I sure don't want that.

Tebow is a decent guy who is exercising his FREEDOM OF SPEECH so what is the big deal about him expressing his religion in public? No, I wouldn't care if a Muslim, Mormon, or Buddhist expressed their faith in public. We do have that right in this country. Btw..I am a Christian.
I don't see it as a right or left thing...that's the RWNJ view of it...THEY think that THEY have a lock on GOD...I'm sure many will be very disappointed in the long run.

I have given the scriptures AGAINST what he is doing(some seem to have a reading comp problem with them though)...I'm not saying he's a good or bad guy or is not 100% sincere in his beliefs.....and in fact,I do not care what he is because that's between him and GOD...yes,he can do as he pleases, but it's not an admirable trait IF it causes controversy...you guys seem to only hear what you want to hear...it's not a political/legal thing at all.

BTW...there are MILLIONS of good Christian men/women out there who take care of their families like they are gold...but,they are not dropping down in a parking lot praying so everyone can talk about how cool they are or "Hey,look at me..I'm GODLY"....Since I'm not in the dating world right now,I do not know how hard they are to find though.

If this were the case, the rules in the NFL would be changed to allow prayer on the field at ALL times!
