A few weekends ago, I went out for my weekend walk. I was out maybe an hour and a half and counted 16 hoodies, including mine. It was drizzling and chilly, and people had things to do or were trying to work out. Up went the hoods.
My 3 year old cousin wears one, my 55 year old greying father wears one. Hoodies aren't a problem. Hoody ban? Pft. This 24 year old woman won't stop wearing one.
No hoodies, no iced tea, and no Skittles... all of society's problems would then be solved. But, God forbid that list include loaded guns or the self-appointed vigilantes who feel the need to carry them.
I just saw a news report about a group of armed black males wearing hoodies who have been terrorizing a local university. They've robbed students and burglarized apartments.
Obviously not everyone who wears a hoodie is a thug, its just the loser fashion trend thats replaced pants down at their knees and boxers being exposed. But, yeah, some doof wearing a hoody needs to be given a second glance. White, hispanic, black, asian, just profile them.

Hoodies will stay intill there is something better to wear.
But you can tell them what they can or cannot put into their bodies. Not much difference imo.
