I also believe this is the answer. There need to be some strong role models, both male and female, that children can look up to for a start!

Absolutely! The successful blacks that I've known are those who have embraced the same rules for success that other races have. So how can the ordinary successful folks become role models for the youngsters? Are they ignored because they don't earn the big bucks?
Most of my personal experience was with black men either in the military or those with military experience. Good, competent, and successful men for the most part. IMO Where the military got it right was in recognizing performance regardless of social class or color. Perhaps it also has something to do with the discipline?
There's def bad blood between American Blacks and African Blacks as you said.
It gets worse: white racism against American Blacks drops DOWN a lot when dealing with Africans. The word is the Africans are quieter and more respectful and "doors open" in life that stay closed for especially ghetto fools.
Could be a clue here- 'quieter and more respectful' is what most employers demand of all employees. I wouldn't hire or retain any employee that wasn't quiet and respectful in normal circumstances- I might make an exception for stressful periods.

I keep hearing reports about how wrong profiling is and that hoodies aren't bad. Yet the simple fact is that young Black males murder at 10 times the rate as young White and Hispanic men combined
Of course not all Black males are murders but is it really unreasonable to not be at least cautious when confronted with an unknown young black male especially when dressed in urban attire?
More hatred leads to more stereotyping and since blacks own practically nothing in corporate America that's not a good way to deal with it.
And 70% of black women are since cyz they're looking for money, not exactly what America had in mind to control the black people. When the women are lost, the race is lost. Get these thugs a good women and watch them start being better men.
I blame most black America's problems on black women.
Give Black people Mississippi so they can build their own successful country away from the greedy White man

Compulsory for Blacks and the White people would be deported to waterfront property in California or Hawaii, their choice.
