Pleasantly suprised, maybe there's hope for this country yet.

Hold off on the celebrations. There is much more to a SCOTUS case than oral argument. Also, similar questions were asked in lower courts that ruled in favor of the law. The justices, especially the conservative ones, would be remiss if they did not explore the negatives, don't you think?

Also, if the law goes down completely we presumably go back to what we had. That included such practices as limits on care, no requirement for insurance companies to spend premiums on health care, no modernized records system, no preventative care mandates, outrageously priced insurance for older people, no care for children who are born or become ill, loss of coverage for many college kids. Be careful what you wish for.

It doesn't look good for Obamacare after today's arguments.

In the view of most experts, the gov's SG did a very poor job defending the mandate against skeptical questions by the conservative justices. Even Justice Kennedy, who the Obama team was counting on as a potential tie-breaker, got into the act.

As Jeffery Toobin told CNN, "Today was a train wreak for the mandate".

If Obamacare loses, and Romeny gets elected, the movement for universal health care in this country will be set back at least 25 years.

The idea that that makes some people happy, makes me sad.

Way to early to even fathom what will happen with ObamaCare and the Constitution.

This case should be called ObamaCare v Constitution.

A little early to be high-fiving on either side.

The only part of Obamacare that was worth a damn was the part about insurance companies not being allowed to act like aholes.

The rest can go in the toilet.

There is an answer out there. Obamacare wasn't it.

So they throw it out and Obama and the dems can do what they should have in the first place, if they really care, which is creat a high risk pool and be done with it. That is all that needed to be done. Thank you Constitution. I wonder if BO is asking if he just needs to issue an exec order to deem that piece of paper moot? lol

LoL, reminds me of the Birthers championing their glory when a lawsuit is filed.

Then ignoring the results when they get shot down.

Didn't some one teach you not to count your chickens before they hatched?

So because some are happy that the government may not get to put in a system to which would give the government overwhelming power to dictate anything they choose makes you sad?

That makes me sad.
