If he loses the election in Nov 2012 then in Dec 2012 I expect that President Obama will fully utilize his remaining Predator drones during his annual War on Christmas™.

Mr Obama may or may not. The point was and is that he is the potus we can wish he be whatever we like, but like others before him he will try to use the second term to his own benefit. His own agenda.
Trying to guess what that might be is as silly as trying to guess what the man's fantacy list might be.

Screw the Middle East, I'd like to see him take out Toys are Us.
He's likely going to have an R-controlled Congress, so that will limit him. His foreign policy has been ok, and I wouldn't expect that to change. I could see him trying to throw some arrows at the bitter clingers, but nothing major, since he he be limited there too. The main problem would be corporate welfare and pork to repay the $1 billion in campaign donations he expects to rake in.
