You seem to be the one with the victimhood mentality. Wahhhh, I don't like gays and they're getting "special treatment" and I'm not, wahhhhh, wahhhh, wahhhh.

I have a problem with "hate crime" prosecution. I believe crime is crime.

So you admit that homosexuals are getting "special treatment?" I personally don't consider it "special treatment"....but it appears that deeep down you do.

That's completely counter to the defense you've put forth on this thread.

Thank you for revealing your true, hidden agenda.

Yes...because laying her out with a right hook would have been the better thing to do? You can't win when an old person is all up on you like that.

Are the "Stand Your Ground" laws in effect in Texas? If so, granny's lucky she didn't get shot.

How on God's green Earth is supporting enhanced sentencing guidelines for bias motivated crimes indicative of a "victimhood mentality"?

If I support enhanced sentencing for repeat offenders, does that also mean I have a "victimhood mentality"? How about if I support enhanced sentencing for homicides based on motivation (1st degree vs. 2nd degree vs. manslaughter) - does that also mean I have a "victimhood mentality"?

Really? You would hit her? I would think a person could easily avoid a confrontation with a 71 year old woman if they wanted to, I would walk away, she did need a cane to walk so how hard would that be?
