Whether or not I agree with you (I don't really), NONE of this changes the fact that she committed a crime... if a woman manages to break free a few seconds into a sexual assault, is the man no longer guilty of rape? Call him a coward for being victimized if that makes you happy, but again - it doesn't change the fact that she assaulted him.
Yeah, I know that whenever I see a elderly woman coming toward me I'm mentally preparing myself for the physical fight that she might start, so how dare these people that this woman assaulted not have seen the likelihood of her physical assault coming and acted so as to avoid it!!!

I guess you have not read the new laws about hate crimes. There is extra punishment put on these crimes because they are against a certain political opinion. That IS unconstitutional but it is happening. And I am getting really tired of people being told what is and is not acceptable to them. That is something we should have a right to decide for ourselves. What used to be against the law in our state is now being forced on private schools. No private school should have to hire a gay person. People send children to private schools to protect them from people like that. And that is something children should be protected from. I had never heard the word gay except to describe a happy person when I graduated high school. A gay relationship is an unnatural relationship and a sin against nature and children should not be subjected to it.
No I do not hate gays but I really don't want to have to be around them either any more than I would want to be around someone on drugs or people that don't take regular baths.

I'm 30 and I've never been in a fight. That's something I'm very proud of.
I swear conservatives are too stupid and hypocritical to live. If a 72 year old woman like Nancy Pelosi assaulted some right winger with a cane, they'd be demanding her head on a stick. Violence is ALWAYS ok for them when it's against someone they don't like like a gay person or person of color when done by a white person.
