Bt look at their vcost per perosn and then exacly now much they apy intax down the line to pay for it and of its a great deal of the reson they are in trouble now with deficit spending.Basacvially the democrtuic bill showede one thing ;that no democt rtic group wanted anything to do with funding it. 500 billion cut from medicare ;employers and then states to come up with the half cost to place 50% of the uninsured on medicaid. That is why nelsen ( D) got as excemptio for his state saying it would bankrupt the state.Usual Democratic let the compn aies pay and then mandate state pay the other half by whatever means they can. They will increase taxes and fees as always because they can't print money.
How byzantine IS this law, if this is like a Mariana trench of bad ideas? Every time you dive deep into the law, you come up with a new hitherto undiscovered hideous creature.
When you are like the moron pictured in the OP you seem to forget something. If you assume we are not going to see a single cent of economic growth (a poor assumption) , this country will generate 1125 Trillion dollars in good and services in the next 75 years. If we have the same growth we have had over all of American history (betweeen 1.5 and 2.5 %) we may be looking at 2500 to 3000 Trillion dollars (current dollars ).
So these obligations you seen to be so afraid of are only about 10 % of our likely wealth. I think we can afford it unless you doubt our optimism and spirit. Our ancestors weren't wusses like the current GOP, are people like the OP wanting to claim the all American wuss title.

Free doesn't mean financial free it means you can come and go at will. But it seems free for big business to do business in the USA without paying taxes; that is freeken free.
