While I can't speak for the others here, I personally never said anything about government intervention... I only said the school and parents need to get more involved, and actually said new policies and anti-trolling laws are NOT needed. Then you called me an idiot for saying the Arizona bill proposal was unnecessary, so clearly you aren't understanding my position here.
Some of the people on this thread were obviously too busy bullying in school, I'm guessing, and hence now aren't able to do a close reading of simple posts and respond accordingly. The OP started a thread about anti-bullying policies, not government sponsored regulations to prevent bullying. That's what most of us are responding to, regardless of the misreadings of the intellectually stunted few here.

School policies are driven by regulation. Whether legislatively imposed or administratively required (as from the state's Department of Education).

So now if someone has a different opinion they are a bully?? Typical response from the victim crowd. Quick take my advice and turn off your PC before it gets too bad. LOL

You really need to come up with some new material.
You need to stop seeing a bully around every corner or keyboard. Do you ever leave the house or are you scared somebody might talk about you behind your back as you walk by or dare worse think about something bad about you!!!

What are talking about? Please quote from any of my posts that allow for the conclusion that I believe that there is "a bully around every corner or keyboard"? Yes, cyberbulling has changed the nature of bullying. Why you don't want to allow even for the possibility of this is beyond me. But I have never suggested what you claim.
As for never leaving the house, I'll let the duration of our respective memberships here on CD and corresponding number of posts speak for themselves.
Who said anything about hurt feelings. I just called you out on your "everyone is a bully" mantra. Sadly you can't see it.
Technological advancements? There are off buttons on every electronic device I own or a plug to yank out of the wall. Simple concept for some to grasp. Others can go play their "I'm being bullied" game and folks like you will take up the cause of the po widdle victim.
