So, that makes it Constitutional?

For so long it was difficult to even listen to Obama talk due to the ridicule and lies that were so obvious. Lately, I've come to appreciate the more he speaks the more he reveals the truth about his plan for the US.

Keep talking Mr Obama and let the world see your vision.

This summer should be fun and hopefully the last we'll see of the worst President in US history. To bad the 1st Black President was not a man of honor and principles, he's blown it.

When a new Party and Pres come into office it is commonly done. Bush did it in 2006, to his own appointed Attys, because they wouldn't "toe the line". I suspect Limpblubber failed to tell you that, huh?

Lol, so you are only concerned about timing. It is ok to fire AGs preemptively!

Barack is not qualified to warn the Supreme Court about anything. All he has is a paper degree from law school with ZERO law experience behind it. Time to shut up, sit down, and drink your fruit punch.

I'm always amazed at how someone can make comments like yours. Either you are intentionally misusing terms to "construct support" of a point that is misleading, or you are -- willfully ignorant?

First, I don't find his comments all that bullying: "Ultimately, I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress." (Reported on CBS News)

What was your argument there?

As for FDR, even the most casual online inquiry shows that he actually spoke against fascism to Congress on April 29, 1938: "The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism — ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power.

If you use FDR's definition of facism (in the quote), Americans have lived under the fascist regime of the 1% for some time now.

Do you support the 1%?

President Obama did not take control of the government, his Affordable Health Care Act protects the American tax payers against the Big Business (Insurance Companies) that uses private interests to deny health insurance to any that do not provide them with a long-term profit, forcing the sick into bankruptcy, and throwing them upon the backs of the American tax payers.

Or, would you prefer that our sick and disabled just be cast out onto the streets?

If the Supreme Court determines against the Affordable Health Care Act mandate that all be insured, the only way to protect the tax payers from those that choose not to insure until they have a costly condition would be to insist upon a waiver of any future government health care provisions if the individual decides against insurance.

It's time that we decide what are American values really are, and stop hiding behind the subterfuge of personal freedoms. If you choose to stand alone, you should not be able to call upon the system later.

Go ahead, elect out of social security, unemployment insurance, and all other protective services, but then show your proof of financial responsibility to cover yourself when the time comes -- without affecting those that participated all along.

Bottom line: EVERYONE will eventually fall to ill health or disease. It is contrary to our social interests to have the incapacitated languishing on the streets. There is too much of that, now. As a people, we need to "pony up" and participate as responsible citizens, and that includes insuring ourselves against future inevitable situations.

A lot of BS. If the FEderal government can force me to pay taxes to buy privately made weapons for the military it can damn well force me to buy health insurance from a private vendor weather I like it or not.
