How true! even if they were legal gun owners, and had shot back at the police, they most likely would be in jail. They probably and most likely would not have been given the benefit of the doubt, could be wrong though.

It is like those that protect themselves from a burglary going down, and shoot in fear of their lives, they shoot, in order to protect their loved ones, and do you know how many times, i have heard of the victims family, going to court, and stating that the person who shot their child, is that who is at fault. And ends up trying to take everything the person owns.
So much that should make sense, but does not. And that which does not make sense to so many, does.

I know one of the cops was black...could you imagine if they were all white? Would make the Zimmerman case look like Disneyland
