Move On is like PETA, an embarrassment to rational people from all sides of the spectrum. I am a Dem and I cant stand Move On, their tactics are like school children on a play ground throwing rocks at each other and calling lame names. Too bad the organization isnt run by mature and intelligent people who can make their case the grown-up way, and there are plenty of ways to do that.
A more likely scenario is that the Republican candidates...all of them...will campaign as if George W Bush never existed. None of them wants to be associated with -- much less to be stuck defending -- the record of sheer disaster and disgrace that the current administration has put up. Look for them instead to compete on the basis of who best can revive, reinvigorate, and represent the spirit of Ronald Reagan (a man who, but for George W Bush, would himself be in the running for Worst President Ever)...
And whats so pathetic is they will all laud Reagan as a hero of some sort, instead of the economy-destroying crappy actor that he was

Obviously there's more to this organization that I realize. I thought they basically ran phone campaigns to encourage voter turnout, protested against corrupt senators/congressmen, etc. I'm honestly asking what else they're doing that leads you to call them the names you've used in your post, (school children, an embarrassment, immature and unintelligent.)

If you need any proof that it fully controls the Democrat leadership, check out their campaign contribution lists. MoveOn funnells MILLIONS to the top Dems. It funded the Democrat's takeover of Congress in 2006.
Democrats are TERRIFIED of this radical and well-financed group. Even radical Socialist, Nancy Pelosi has been mildly attacked by these guys when she said the MoveOn.org ad was unproductive.
Now here is the big question: ARE YOU GUYS ON THE LEFT OK WITH A FOREIGNER (HUNGARIAN GEORGE SOROS) CONTROLLING THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY LIKE THAT??
Can you define socialist for me? I am rather simple minded and always looked to Marx or even old Engels for a refined definiton, but now I am so confused when you label Congresswoman Pelosi a socialist.
And, although Mr. Soros was born outside these US borders, if I am not mistaken, he may have taken out citizenship. If he did, I don't believe he can carry dual citizenship with Hungary. But then again, I hope you'll educate me.

If this article just covers the issue slightly, it indicates that no one is really paying that much attention to MoveOn so the notion it controls the Democratic Party seems moot:
