While Carlin frequently banged on Republicans, he wasn't a fan of Democrats either. He really looked at things in terms of class. I always thought he had the political ideology of a Left Libertarian with a few sprinkles of Anarchism. If Carlin was alive today, it would not surprise me one bit if he supported or even joined the OWS crowd. BTW, I was a huge fan of his.
