I'm well aware of that. Here is the thing, you only want to talk about per capita because it agrees with your racist logic that all blacks are on welfare. All I'm simply saying is, there are more whites than blacks on welfare. Per capita pushes your agenda, Total pushes my agenda.
Because the Republican Party doesn't have a moderate wing anymore. Most African American Republicans are older and became Republicans during the days of ; Gerald Ford, George H. Bush, Arlen Specter, Jack Kemp, and Bob Dole. IMO most of them are trying to save face and weather the storm of the Evangelical inquisition, and far right take over of the Republican Party until they retire.
