This is a good thing. Alternate views should be encouraged - I find it very odd that anyone would want to suppress a climate of inquiry. High school students should learn to think critically - this can't happen if one is only exposed to one sided dogma (i.e. evolution).
I admit that I did not read the link, and I do not oppose discussion if brought up.

Each step forward for creationism is a step backward for science.

It's a shame rabid liberals are not open minded (read that as actually liberal) enough in their beliefs to refrain from attempting to promote legislation that mandates everyone think as they do.

I guess I'd have to get the help of the physics profs to replicate the Miller-Urey experiment. But, alas, we don't have hoods in the classroom itself and I'd probably set off the fire alarms.

You might want to get some more recent attempts. Science is great, I am fascinated with it. But until then...

Might as well teach them that Fairies are real and are born when a baby first laughs.

So, like, cell membranes form around the biomolecules and you'll suddenly believe in evolution? Do you need RNA too? Ribozymes? What about if we just made some prions and called it a day?
