Lets pretend that were true, just for a second.

So what?

He would still be completely eligible for the Presidency.

Which is it?
Those are not contradictory statements. Both are true.

He didn't renew his license (not "resign" it) because he no longer intended to practice law.

Formally, no. You can't. You can reach a level of very great confidence that you do not have the moon in your pocket. But we may simply have been looking at the wrong time, or in the wrong pocket so it can never be considered "proof."

Other negatives can only reach even lower levels of confidence. And that is what we have here.

How does someone prove that they have not spent money on something?

2) **The Lugar-Obama Nuclear Non-proliferation and Conventional Weapons Threat Reduction Act, - became law

3) **The 2007 Government Ethics Bill, - became law

He could say "I have no problem with Harvard releasing my records, I have nothing to hide".
It's up to him.

It is also untrue. (I'm feeling charitable b/c it's Sunday, and not calling it a lie.) So is the rest of that post.
Here ya go

I guess I shall point out that one does not write a doctoral thesis in order to obtain a J.D. (Juris Doctor).

Recall, you have the J.D. (which I have, having attended law school for three years; I was awarded the J.D. I then took the bar examination, which gave me my license to practice law).

Next, you have the LLM (masters of law).

Finally, the Doctor of Juridical Science. This is the level in which you must produce a thesis (or, properly called, a dissertation). This is also the only law degree in which you may, if desired, be called a 'doctor'. One obtains this degree in order to teach, etc.

yes it is.

if you'd really like to see them then make it an elections issue. if you can convince the obama campaign that your vote ( and the vote of multiple others ) of support is dependent upon seeing his harvard records then...... most likely they then would release them.

but i doubt any birther would be satisfied by documents showing the president got grades consistent with magna c*m laude status.
