You're first problem is that you're believing anything Fox News reports.
Secondly, it's Fox News.
Fox News reported President Obama's inaugaration - including his oathtaking.
Does your above post then mean that Barack Obama is not actually the president - because Fox News reported that he became President on January 20, 2009?

i know your just making a point but i think it is important to bring up one aspect of this debate.......... fox news never reported that obama spent $200,000 to hide his harvard records ( as the OP suggests ). as brought up earlier it was a flippant comment made by one commentator ( not anchor or reporter ) on a round-table discussion and has yet, to my knowledge, been supported or even acknowledged any further by anyone at fox.

The one thing these people fail to realize is that if there really was anything to hide, Obama wold NEVER have become president. That should be a clue that this stuff is fluff. Like someone else said, they can't release the information without his permission anyway. This $200k mess is ridiculous.
